Nichell
Nichell is a conceptual artist who uses the mediums of fashion, photography, painting and beaded jewelry to express her creativity. She has studied drawing and creative writing at The New School in New York City.

Growing up in Ansonia, Nichell would search her immediate environment to find beauty, symmetry and balance in whatever was in her line of vision. She reflects, "Since a very young age, I was always calculating the perfect picture."

Nichell's professional journey began when she started working as an art coordinator in the music industry in NYC. For the past 19 years, she has worked in the art department of various major record labels, producing award winning recording artists' photo shoots, managing art directors & graphic designers and coordinating album packaging campaigns. "It was very exciting!"

She worked briefly as an agent with two distinctive artist agencies, in New York & Los Angeles, that feature world renown photographers, wardrobe stylists, hair & make-up personnel and choreographers.

Nichell is currently consulting in the music industry as well as the travel & leisure industry. She is also striving to establish a women's apparel & home decor line called Mohka Pink Pony.

Nichell professes, "'Art' has saved my life! My days are focused on discovering art."
