Len Grayeck

Born in New Haven and raised in Stratford.

A Valley resident since 2002 – he has lived in Ansonia, Beacon Falls, and currently resides in Shelton.

I spent a good part of my adolescence drawing all kinds of things – floor plans to houses, diagrams of jet fighters, bridges, etc….. I also drew caricatures of my high school teachers (the notebook was confiscated my junior year).  All those years spent drawing and sketching were groundwork for what lay ahead.

Painting was stumbled upon by happenstance.  In August 1989 I picked up the paintbrush and haven’t looked back since. 

My medium of choice is acrylic.

I am known for my use of vibrant color. 

My current focuses are landscapes and portraits.
