Karen Loprete

Karen Loprete graduated from the High School of Art and Design in New York City, where she concentrated on fashion design and photography. She earned her BFA in graphic design from Syracuse University and later her MS in Art Education from Queens College.

For years Karen had a career as a graphic designer and illustrator in New York City. Now, Karen is free to meld together her passions for stitching with her love of COLOR and create what is uniquely art by Karen Loprete. Known for her extensive handwork and color choices, Karen creates one-of-a-kind artworks to hang or hang out with . . .
